A. Information You Provide to Us
- Account Data: When you sign in via Google (GCP OAuth), we process your email address and authentication tokens solely to create and manage your user account via Supabase. This allows you to save your progress and verify your subscription status.
B. Information Collected Automatically
- Usage & Analytics: We use PostHog to collect anonymous usage data (e.g., screens visited, session duration) to improve the App.
- Device Data: Device model, Android version, and general location (country/region) derived from IP address.
2. Third-Party Service Providers
We use trusted third-party services to operate the App. These partners may process data on our behalf:
- RevenueCat: For subscription management and purchase history verification.
- Supabase: For secure authentication and database management.
- PostHog: For product analytics.
- Google Cloud Platform (OAuth): For secure sign-in.
3. How We Use Your Information
We process your data for the following purposes:
- Service Provision: To allow you to log in and save your interview progress.
- Payments: To verify your Premium subscription status via Google Play.
- Analytics: To understand how users use the App and fix bugs.
4. GDPR Rights (EU Users)

5. Data Deletion
According to Google Play policies, you have the right to request the deletion of your account and associated data. To do so:
- Use the “Delete Account” option within the App settings (if available), OR
- Email us at ramibartekdev@gmail.com with the subject “Delete My Account”. We will process your request within 30 days.

Terms and Conditions

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using the IT Interview mobile application (the “Service”) operated by Rami Matouk & Bartosz Dybski (“we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your Google account credentials used to access the Service.
2. Subscriptions & Payments
The App offers “Premium” access billed on a subscription basis.
- Billing Cycle: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis.
- No Free Trial: The Service is provided without a free trial. Payment is charged immediately upon confirmation of purchase.
- Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely via the Google Play Store. We do not store your credit card information.
- Renewal: Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24-hours before the end of the current period.
- Cancellation: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your Google Play Store account settings.
3. Refunds
Since payments are handled by Google, we do not process refunds directly.
- Refund Policy: Refund requests adhere strictly to Google Play’s refund policies. You typically have 48 hours to request a refund through Google Play if the app doesn’t work.
4. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Rami Matouk & Bartosz Dybski.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided on an “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free. Educational Nature: The App is a study aid for IT interviews. We do not guarantee employment or specific interview outcomes based on the use of our App.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland.
